Dr. Miller has been on staff at Salem since 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Maranatha Baptist University, a Master of Biblical Studies from Maranatha Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary, a PhD in Historical Theology from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a PhD in New Testament from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Tim and his wife Hannah were married in 2008 and they have 3 daughters: Grace, Annie and Danni.

Pastor Jimmy has served on the Pastoral staff since 2022 as Member Care Pastor. His focus is ministering to our Salem Seniors through their weekly ministry, special events and visiting our shut-ins.

Pastor Jimmy has served in a similar role previously and has taught Sunday School for many years at Salem as well as at his previous churches. He and his wife Susan have been married since 1978 and have three children (Amy, Nick & Tiffany) and seven grandchildren.

Dr. McNeill has lived in Winston Salem for seven years now. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, Master of Arts in Ministry, and Master of Divinity from Carolina University. He also holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. Matthew and his wife, Sarah, have been married for three years and have a baby boy on the way. The two of them run Salem Student Ministries and presently teach at Salem Christian School in addition to Matthew’s eldership at the church.
